      十年面壁乘風志     

      又恐瓊樓四害猖    

      獨有攻堅勤鍛煉 

      更無喪氣懶書章

      雄雞一唱環中國  

      彩鳳重歌遍故鄉

      我輩天生今有用  

      登高奏凱拓新疆

 

For many years, forget the Middle Kingdom,

 I seldom. 

Put off by the turmoil, 

I turned to burning the midnight oil. 

Now, with cockerels crowing

And colourful peacocks returning,

In our prime,

It's our generation's time

To scale a greater height,

Amid victories in sight!
